✊🏾 BOYCOTT ALERT: Anti-DEI Companies to Hold Accountable 🚫 

These companies have scaled back or eliminated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts—retreating from justice, silencing progress, and betraying the promises made after 2020. We will not forget. We will not fund regression.

🛑 Companies That Have Walked Back DEI Commitments: 

• Target – Ended Black support programs & supplier diversity 

• Walmart – Cut racial equity center funding 

• McDonald’s – Dropped diversity hiring goals 

• Amazon – Removed DEI from internal strategy 

• Google – Scrapped inclusive hiring targets 

• Meta – Cancelled equity training and outreach 

• Disney – Stripped DEI from branding 

• PepsiCo – Shifted away from equity priorities 

• Starbucks – Pulled DEI from exec performance metrics 

• Tractor Supply, Lowe’s, Victoria’s Secret, Uber, Harley-Davidson, AT&T – All scaled back or cut DEI, Pride, or equity programs

🔥 It’s time to resist through our dollars.

✅ Support Black-owned businesses 

✅ Uplift pro-DEI companies
